Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add your preferred products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept manual payments through GCash and BPI via QR code.

Once you've placed your order, visit our Payment Instructions page to see how to complete your payment.

Do I need to submit proof of payment?

Yes. After completing your payment, please email or Viber your transaction receipt or screenshot to pilarstreetcoffeeco@gmail.com or +63 917 568 0613, including your order number.

We'll verify that payment has been received before processing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within one hour of placing your order if you need to make changes or request a cancellation.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order hasn't already been prepared or dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Our standard local delivery service covers addresses within a 30-kilometer radius of our dispatch location in New Manila, Quezon City.

For destinations beyond 30 kilometers, please contact us so we can arrange shipping separately.

How much does delivery cost?

Our local delivery rates are based on distance from our dispatch location.

Distance is determined geographically rather than by driving route. Applicable fees are displayed at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Orders totaling ₱2,500 or more qualify for free local delivery within our standard 30-kilometer service area.

How long will my order take?

Orders weighing less than 5 kg are generally processed within 1–3 working days. Orders weighing 5 kg or more may require 3–5 working days.

Delivery transit time is separate from order processing and depends on your destination and courier availability.

Can I track my order?

We'll notify you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details or a delivery link will be provided when supported by the courier.

Coffee & Brewing

Do you sell whole beans or ground coffee?

Both! You can select whole beans or your preferred grind setting when ordering applicable coffee products.

Which grind setting should I choose?

It depends on how you brew your coffee. We offer grind options for common brewing methods, including French press, V60, AeroPress, moka pot, and coffee makers.

If you have your own grinder, we generally recommend choosing whole beans.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee in a sealed, airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

We recommend grinding your beans shortly before brewing for the best experience.

Do you sell brewing equipment?

Yes. Our catalog includes brewing equipment and accessories for preparing coffee at home or at work.

Returns & Customer Support

Can I return an item?

Return requests should be submitted within three calendar days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, only unopened whole-bean coffee in its original sealed packaging is eligible, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible, with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging, if available.

We'll review the situation and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
